Responsibilities  

 

  • Administering and optimizing core sales systems, including Salesforce and related tools (Gong, Outreach, 6Sense, RingLead etc.), ensuring clean data, smooth functionality, and user enablement 

  • Own technical implementation and integration of new revenue team tools. 

  • Hands-on experience on configuration of Salesforce platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc. 

  • Facilitate requirements gathering; document functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements; create user stories and maintain project plans. 

  • Structure ICP and other important segmentations in Salesforce.  

  • Help ensure data integrity within our Salesforce - design processes to identify bad data and recommend new data cleaning processes. 

  • Design excellence and intuitive Salesforce pages and experiences.  

  • Proactively identify gaps in the Revenue Team workflow. 

  • Develop and deliver user training programs and support user adoption and ongoing usage.

  • Take business objectives – like Forecasting in Salesforce or tracking quality engagement with customers – and create technical requirements and specs from them.

Skills 

 

  • Strong communication skills  

  • Salesforce certification  

  • Salesforce Flow expertise  

  • Salesforce design experience preferred  

  • Gong, Outreach, 6Sense experience a plus 

  • Pardot / Account Engagement experience is a plus  

 

Compensation      80-100K
