THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a collaborative, proactive and FUN global finance team.  We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Accounts Payable Specialist who is process driven, detail-oriented, and a team player. You will provide accounts payable support to our growing global business while working with reliable, smart, and supportive colleagues.  

Reporting to the Global VP of Finance, you will be responsible for:

·       Processing employee expenses and corporate credit card charges through our expense management platform, Brex.

·       Reviewing and entering invoices daily

·       Recording cash payments daily - including checks, credit cards, ACH and wire payments

·       Performing weekly bank match of all outgoing payments

·       Performing month end review of expense codes

·       Other duties as required

As the successful candidate, you will have:

·       A thorough understanding of the Accounts Payable function

·       A growth mindset and self-motivation with the ability to problem solve

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

·       High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·       Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks at once

·       Experience with a recognized accounting software package (we use NetSuite)

·       Proficiency with MS Office including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

·       Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Educational requirement:

·       High School Diploma or GED

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field an advantage

COMPENSATION:   Base Salary: 60K
